Msi Drivers
INTRODUCTION
'Treat Drivers with Respect' is guidance numerous self-proclaimed retention professionals present as the sole resolution to high driver turnover. That's like advising carriers not to lower their rates during a recession. It's just not that easy.
The reality is this - an useful Driver Retention Program is complex, structured and dynamic. You'll find dozens of essential locations carriers ought to continually manage to minimize turnover. A brief list contains candid hiring practices, competitive employment offerings, really understanding one of a kind turnover problems by driver profile, use of a 'Benefit Ladder' strategy for compensation and recognition, adequate and flexible house time, new driver wage guarantees, comfy and well-maintained equipment, targeted and consistent work life improvement programs, communication campaigns, performance interviews and...... treating drivers with respect.
MSI is 1 of the giants inside the PC hardware industry. They have been about for so long as I can remember.
Today I'm going to review a very interesting motherboard from MSI, the NF750-G55.
MSI NF750-G55
Space limitations and educational worth will focus our discussion on the rewards of 1 of the least practiced but most helpful locations from our short list - a Benefit Ladder strategy for compensation and recognition.

At the heart of driver retention is loyalty. Drivers loyal to their employer hardly ever leave. Unfortunately, constructing driver loyalty is a extended term process. It does not occur overnight.
A Benefit Ladder satisfies the time demand of developing loyalty by offering increased compensation and recognition opportunities for increased tenure. Each rung going up the ladder represents a greater degree of seniority and benefit.
- Supports storage and data transfers at as much as 3Gb/s
Many carriers use a comparable approach to compensate drivers; offering larger mileage or hourly pay for higher levels of seniority. However, this model by itself falls short in that mileage and hourly pay alone usually do not give sufficient incentive to motivate drivers to stay lengthy enough to take the next step up.
- Flexible 8-channel audio with jack sensing
The retention worth of the Benefit Ladder is that the greater a driver climbs, the much less most likely he or she are going to be to get off the ladder. Before designing our Benefit Ladder lets appear at a sampling of compensation and recognition offerings we could possibly use, beginning with the traditional and expanding into the creative: Increased mileage pay, increased vacation time, driver ranking system, selection of runs, advancement opportunities, increased annual retention bonus, added house time days, performance bonus multipliers, new gear guarantees, layoff and wage protections, employee stock options; etc... The list is restricted only by imagination and capital constraints.
Internal I/O Connectors - ATX 24-pin to power connector
- ATX 4-pin 12V CPU to energy connector
- CPU x 1/System x three FAN connectors
- CD-in connector
- Power button
- Chassis intrusion switch connector
- Front audio panel connector
- Front panel connector
- Serial port connector
- five x Serial ATA II connectors
- 1 x ATA133 IDE connectors
- 1 x SPDIF-out to header
- 1 x OC Switch
- 1 x PS/2 mouse
- 1 x 6 in 1 audio jack
- 6 x USB 2.0 ports
- 1 x eSATA port
- 1 x DVI-D port
- 1 x Graphic Card port
Constructing the ladder demands creating individual rungs by matching a chosen benefit to a defined degree of seniority. Each step up the ladder increases the benefit level.

Where possible, Benefit Ladder design will need to supply solutions for your company's special turnover issues. For example, ladder design can assist lower the higher turnover rates skilled with drivers that have less than 90 days of tenure by adding a bonus rung in every of the very first three months of employment. Following completing each and every rung (30 day period) new drivers earn a $500 bonus that encourages retention when offsetting the low earnings related using the new job understanding curve.
True Audio Blu-ray
Payout techniques are an critical portion of Benefit Ladder design. Staggering payouts are really effective constructs to motivate drivers to stay longer. Expanding on our new employee example, the month 1 and month 2 $500 bonuses might be paid out at a rate of 50% with the unpaid balance ($500) added to the month 3 bonus. This payout timeline compliments our aim of keeping new drivers employed past the essential 90 day mark.
By the specifications of the NF750-G55 it is uncomplicated to conclude that MSI has worked difficult to produce some thing a little added with this board. The board gives support for SLI, Hybrid SLI and has some fascinating proprietary technologies of MSI, like the "Easy OC Switch". In this review I will not test the SLI functionality given that it is been accomplished before, instead I will focus on the integrated GeForce 8200 chip and see what it can create in terms of performance.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS
The included accessories are: a manual; a fast begin installation guide; a drivers and utilities CD; the I/O back panel plate; SATA and IDE cables and also a SATA energy converter cable.

Do new motherboards not have 40pin IDE interfaces?
I have cd/rw/dvd rom drive with a 40 pin IDE interface. My brother bought a new Dell compujter. However, the motherboard does not have a 40 pin IDE interface. Is this wierd, or has that kind of interface been phased out on new motherboards.
Meant to say that my brother and I couldn't find the 40 pin IDE interface on the motherboard.
a lot of new motherboards do not have the IDE interface anymore but dont get worried about it to much if you need it there are still some that have it if you build your own computer they also make expansion cards for them and even a little converter that you can stick on to change it to the new SATA standard so you can plug it in and use it if you have to
