I can't get my Sansa e250 mp3 player to show up on my pc when I connect it with the usb cord.?
When I connect my Sansa e250 mp3 player to my pc, it does not show up as being connect on my pc when I try to add music to it. I think I might know what the problem is but I am not sure. I do not have a USB 2.0 hi speed port and the usb that comes with it is a 2.0 USB. Does anyone know if it would still work with a 1.1 USB port? The mp3 player does charge when it is connected but my pc just doesn't recognize it as being connected. I have ordered a USB 2.0 PCI Host Controller Card Adaptor on ebay. Will this fix my probem? I would appreciate any help and info anyone could provide me. Thanks.
i have the same mp3 as u and i dunno much but try ta put it in all ta way and if tat dun work just put it in the other usb port there should be 2
