Hooking up a IDE Desktop Computer Hard disk to some dell inspiron 2200.?

I've got a 80gb hard disk which i saved from my old desktop and that i wanna get my photos from it. I wanna try to hook it up to my rather old Dell Inspiron 2200. I've the belt searching hookup which comes in the internal hard disk. Idk whether it matters but listed here are the specs,
