MG5220 Creates Easily Print And Scan Wirelessly Around The House
Canon has introduced the addition of four new PIXMA printers with a new Full High Definition (HD) Movie Print feature. In addition to this new and thrilling technology, these new models will feature enhancements to Auto Photo Fix II to further improve these near good memorable moments while Easy-PhotoPrint EX software now allows customers to go looking and use pictures from Flickr. The Canon MG5220, one of two models in a brand new series of Pixma photo printers, is a 3-in-1 device featuring a new design, built-in Wi-Fi, an adjustable 2.4-inch LCD, five individual inks, and two way paper feeding.
The MG5220’s external is done in a glossy black finish with only a thin silver bar where the scanner lifts and two small logos: a Canon logo on the front panel and a Pixma logo on top of the scanner lid. The shape is different as well although the overall dimensions for the MG5220 are about the same as the Pixma MP560; 15 X 18 X 6 inches and 18 X 15 X 6 inches, respectively. Now when using the new Full HD Movie Print with compatible HD Canon EOS and PowerShot Digital cameras, consumers can print individual frames of movies1 while helping to bring those hard to capture, memorable moments to life. Whether using still or movie capabilities, users might be confident the reminiscences being preserved will probably be of top of the range both from the time the memory is captured to when it's time to share with friends and family by offering a souvenir picture.
Functioning for the top down, the 48-bit flatbed scanner offers a maximum document size of 8.5 x 11.7 inches and a maximum optional resolution of 2400 x 4800 dpi. Canon offers several scanner features on the MG5220 including: Auto Document Fix, Auto Scan Mode (senses multiple objects on the flatbed), Gutter Shadow Correction and Scan to memory (memory card or USB flash drive). The control panel is also located on top of the Canon Pixma MG5220 running down the far right. The 2.4-inch adjustable LCD is followed by 10 fast keys and Canon’s Easy Scroll Wheel for simple navigation. The power button is located beneath the Wi-Fi LED.
Straight under the ability button, customers will find the constructed-in card reader and entrance aspect USB/PictBridge slot. The Pixma MG5220 is compatible with the following media: SD, SDHC, MultiMediaCard, MultiMediaCard Plus, CompactFlash, Microdrive, Memory Stick, Memory Stick PRO, Memory Stick Duo and Memory Stick PRO Duo. To the left of the card reader is the self opening output tray. This tray also needs to be open when users want to access the inside of the printer to install the five individual ink cartridges. Canon provides four dye based inks, CLI-226 CMYK, as well as one pigment based black ink tank, PGI-225, in the original packaging. For extra information, please go to where to buy MG5220
Compactflash Reader....how to use it???
I just got a digital camera and it came with this compactflash card reader can someone tell me it`s proper function and use.the camera came with no cd driver or program.can i use the card reader to get the pics from cam to computer and then use any after market software to touch up pics and then print...thanks
First of all, be sure there are some pictures on the card. Plug the card reader into an open USB port. Plug the card into the appropriate slot on your card reader. I use Photoshop Elements and as soon as I plug my card into the reader, it starts its own card reader and displays a thumbnail of every picture on the card.
If this does not happen automatically, open your photo editting software. Do whatever you usually do to open a file, but click on the selector where you can change drives. Your card reader will be assigned a new drive name that will be one letter higher than you ever saw before, such as "Drive G:" or such. Then, just double click on the name of the file you want to open and it will appear in your photo editor.
