I have tried and tried to get this card working but after install the pc will not boot at all.
The only thing that happens is that the fans power up on card and pc. I get no beep to say that its booting and no signal to monitor.
I have changed the psu so many times thinking it was that and have had the card tested and it works!!!
I am pretty sure i have connected everything right.
When i remove the 8800 i replace my old card the system works fine.
Please for the love of GOD someone help me .. i am desperate !!!

does my psu give enough power for it to work? i have heard you need 26A on a 12v rails.. This psu does 19A
You need to have 400w psu with 22A on the +12V rail minimum for the 8800GT.
Your 700w psu the CoolerMaster Real Power M700 has four +12V rails at 19A so that psu has more than enough for the 8800GT.
Try re-inserting the video card.
Make sure the ram is fitted correctly
Is you motherboard getting power, have you got the 4-pin connected to the mobo as some people forget that.
Have you connected the 6-pin power connecter from the psu to the gpu.
Make sure you have connected everything properly and haven't left anything out.
